Question 1 – How long does it take to complete a concrete chipping job on the drum of a truck?

Answer – It is difficult for us to answer this question accurately because every job is different. The time it takes for us to complete a job has a lot of factors. For example, the amount of  concrete build up that is inside each drum, or the number of trucks you would like for us to service for the appointment. Once we schedule an appointment knowing what exactly will need to be done, we will give you an exact time of when the job will be completed. We make sure to be on the same page as our customers, our motto is  “No Down Time.”

Question 2 – What hours can I make an appointment to get concrete chipping done on my equipment?

Answer –  We operate 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week. We work with each specific customer to make sure that we are working on their equipment at their best convenience, to assure there is no down time. We understand that our customers need to get their trucks back on the road as soon as possible. Our teams work around the clock day and night. When an appointment is scheduled we guarantee our team will arrive on time, if we are late we will deduct 20% off of the invoice, Guaranteed.

Question 3 – What is the price to get my equipment worked on? Is there a limit to how much concrete can be inside the truck?

Answer – We base our pricing on how much concrete chipping will be needed in order to clean out your equipment. Due to every job being different, we offer free estimates. We will go out to your location and give you great pricing, and at the same time, speak with you in person to know exactly what you are looking for. As mentioned above, every job is different so we come to an agreement with our customers to make sure they are satisfied with our pricing for the job. There is never too much inside the drum for us to chip out, when a truck has over 7 yards of concrete we consider it a full load. Full loads are priced on a flat rate basis. We make sure to always help out our customers on full loads because we understand how stressful that situation may be.

Question 4 – What cities does the company service?

Answer – We operate out of Houston, Texas but our teams travel anywhere within a 350 mile radius of Houston. Please feel free contact us if your location is out of the 350 mile radius, we always help out customers that are in need of our services in an emergency.

Question 5 – Is there anything that I need to have in order to get my equipment serviced?

Answer – Our teams arrive to your location with everything that is needed to complete the job. There is nothing needed from the customer other than the equipment they want to get worked on. All planning for the job will be discussed with the customer to make sure we do not interrupt their operations.
